The School follows the Uganda National Examinations Board Syllabi and admissions are done accordingly. The School year begins in February and ends in December every year.

There are three school terms. Each school term lasts for about 3 months followed by about 3 weeks break. Parents are advised to obtain the School calendar which specifies the exact dates of commencement and completion of each term.

Admissions for the new academic year are done between December and January each year. However, parents may approach the Head Teacher for admissions to Second Term or Third Term of any particular Class.

Admissions to Primary One (P1) are offered to children who have gone through the
Nursery/ Kindergarten of age 5-7 years. And for other classes, the pupil must have gone through the previous level of education, with supporting academic documents like recent report forms. The Application forms may be down loaded from website or obtained from the School Administration Offices.

The completed Applications should be submitted to the Administration with the photocopy of the recent Academic reports, a recent passport size photograph and a photocopy of baptism card for Christians.

Admissions will be subject to the verification of the Academic Reports and a Personal Interview. Any queries or clarification is required to be addressed to the Admissions Department/Academic Office.

The School has specific uniform requirements. Uniforms are to be obtained from the School. Parents are requested to ensure that the pupil report to the school in the appropriate uniform and necessary books and stationery. In case of boarders, the Dormitory requirements are also to be ensured.
